Migration... again

Today in class we talked more about migration. today in class we pretty much reviewed last class. we talked about how there are 42million migrants in The United States as of 2015 on the article. Last time we looked it said in 2010 we had 43million migrants and that is growing a million a year. This is weird because the number decreased when it should have increased. After that we talked about westward expansion. we drew a map of westward expansion and talked about after the Indians had been conquered and we bought land, we slowly migrated west. When the California gold rush came about many people were racing to go west and it also brought a ton of people who did not live in the United States to the United States. We did not talk about this but after that we had war with Mexicans then migrated to Texas and we also got Florida from Spain then migrated there as well.
